Job summary

Actalent in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design pressure vessels and support projects from concept through manufacturing. You will work closely with customers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and partners to deliver compliant, innovative solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, 3+ years of design experience, proficiency with SolidWorks and Codeware Compress, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; on-site collaboration and safety

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks and Codeware Compress.
  • Knowledge of pressure vessel design and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design pressure vessels using SolidWorks and Codeware Compress.
  • Create engineering drawings, technical documentation, and certification packages.
  • Support manufacturing, quality, and certification requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct mechanical inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Partner with customers, vendors, PE firms, and internal teams to bring projects to completion.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
