Job summary

USA TODAY Co., Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a full-time Press Supervisor to oversee daily production on our Goss HO presses. You will supervise the press crew, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3 years of web offset printing experience; mechanical aptitude and computer familiarity are preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and push/pull up to 2000 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in web offset printing is desirable.
• Mechanical ability and familiarity with computers.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 2000 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team who prepare the presses for production.
• Operate the presses or any of their components.
• Clean the presses and the pressroom.
• Maintain the mechanical readiness of the presses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
