Array Tech, Inc. is hiring for a Press Pack Operator to safely pack stamped parts, ensure quality, and learn from the Press Operator. Training occurs on the first shift with four positions initially on day work, transitioning second-shift staff after training.

The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficient production per Array's standards. Ideal candidates have basic math and blueprint-reading abilities, can lift up to 50 pounds, and possess the willingness to learn and improve through

Qualifications

• 5-S as a priority; keep station clean and orderly.
• Demonstrated basic math skills.
• Read and understand English; read & interpret blueprints.
• Assist in basic maintenance or mechanical activities as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• 5-S as a priority; keep station clean and orderly.
• Pack stampings in designated containers with correct quantity.
• Assist in changeover and setup of stamping dies and presses.
• Visually inspect parts for quality before packing.
• Follow containment procedures for contaminated product.
• Production tagging/labeling to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Escalate problems according to the escalation procedure.
• Operate crane to assist in coil changes and forklift for material handling.
