Job summary

MCC seeks a skilled Press Operator in Wisconsin to safely operate and maintain printing/press equipment that supports MCC’s relief and peacebuilding mission. You will set up machines, calibrate, run jobs, monitor quality, and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure timely production for programs, donors, and partners.

Work alongside a diverse, faith-driven team focused on stewardship and safety, handling materials and maintaining high standards for global MCC communications and resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate printing/press equipment.
• Monitor print quality and adjust settings to maintain standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Manage printing materials and ensure safe, efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with team to meet production timelines for MCC communications.
