Belmark is expanding and seeks Press Operator Assistants to join our team in Wisconsin. You can progress to Press Operator status within a year by learning our procedures and delivering high-quality products.

The role includes 12-hour shifts with rotating schedules, possible overtime after 36 hours, and shift differentials for AM and PM hours. A pre-employment drug test and background check are required if offered.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to two years of high school.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Perform basic press setups within a 3 month time frame.
• Complete paperwork and computer entries for jobs from start to finish.
• May perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
