Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join a 24-hour operation in El Paso, TX. You will work with a team to improve productivity, set up and run machinery, feed equipment, and stack components while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

The role requires basic qualifications, willingness to work overtime and all shifts, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks. Packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 yrs previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to work all shifts as the facility is a 24 hour operation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
• Setup, operation, feeding of machinery and stacking of boxes.
• Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
