Job summary

Vanseal Corporation in Vandalia, IL is seeking a hands-on Press Operator to support our manufacturing team. You will operate presses, load and unload tooling, inspect parts, and document production activity to help maintain quality and on-time output.

We offer 1st and 2nd shifts (7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm), competitive pay starting at $18.00/hour with a $1.50 shift differential for the second shift, plus medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, and generous vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read part drawings/blueprints.
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inspection equipment.

• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Prior manufacturing experience is required!
