Wilsonart is seeking a press operator to control curing, panel handling, and workflow on the production line. You will monitor cycle specifications, verify schedules, log production data, and ensure materials are ready for the next steps.
This role requires attention to detail and compliance with safety procedures. You will train teammates, perform lock-out/tag-out and maintenance checks, and maintain quality by spotting defects and ensuring proper protective equipment usage.

Controls the operation of receiving treated material, board, controlling the press cure cycle, panel grading and plate changes, under direction of the Crewleader. Performs other tasks as needed.
