Key Performance Areas

• Set up and operate presses for production tooling.
• Perform all necessary duties to set up, operate and do routine preventive maintenance on presses.
• Perform order, powder, and tooling preparation as well as insert brushing.
• Perform work in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to management.
• Ensure quality, production, and delivery targets are met.
• Record work performed according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the shop.
• Adhere to all plant rules and safety policies.
