Job summary

6AM City, LLC in Minnesota is seeking experienced Converting/Press Operators to join our production team. You will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot converting and printing press equipment to ensure quality products are produced safely and efficiently.

The role requires practical knowledge of converting and printing presses, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read work orders and specifications. Pay is up to $34 per hour, depending on experience, with Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating converting, printing press, flexographic, offset, or related manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, specifications, and production documents.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate converting and/or printing press machinery.
• Monitor production runs to ensure product quality and machine performance.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain production standards and minimize waste.
• Perform quality inspections and document production results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues during operation.
• Complete routine machine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Accurately record production data, downtime, and material usage.
• Work closely with team members, maintenance personnel, and supervisors to meet production goals.
