Job summary

Radiac Abrasives, Inc. in Marysville, WA is seeking a Press Operator to join our production team. You will operate a press machine following work instructions to meet production goals and quality standards.

The role requires basic math, ability to read English instructions, and use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers. High School Diploma or GED is required; training and benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) after 30 days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Press Operator to join our Production team at our Marysville, WA facility.

Basic Function:

The Press Operator is responsible for operating a press machine by following work instructions in order to meet production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Check work instruction to ensure accurate settings for job
2. Identify and locate proper material thickness and gauge.
3. Run production as instructed on a variety of machinery and equipment.
4. Visually inspect parts to ensure parts are within the defined specifications to meet quality standards before moving to the next station.
5. Check product against plan using assigned gaging.
6. Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instruction.

Skills:

1. Ability to communicate read and write in English.
2. Ability to perform basic math.
3. Ability to use various measuring instruments including digital calipers and micrometers.
4. Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.

Experience and Education:
