ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, seeks a Press Manager for our Neenah, WI facility. You will lead a hands-on team to keep production moving, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality. The role demands a strategic thinker who can manage costs and optimize processes across departments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management and printing operations, strong press process knowledge, and solid MS Office skills. On-site, first shift with on-call nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in management and printing operations.
• Solid working knowledge of press processes and budgeting and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Salary Range: $100k - $110k/yr (pending experience)

Schedule: First Shift, however needs to be flexible. Comfortable being on-call nights and weekends.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degreepreferred
• 5+years of experienceinmanagement and printing operations
• Ability to solve problems andeffectivelymanage conflict
• Solid working knowledge of press processes and related manufacturing, budgeting, leadership
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, TeamsandOutlook.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems andneeds anddevelop solutions and/or options.
