Job summary

Ezetop LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to support production by repairing and maintaining machinery, following ISO standards and safety procedures. The role involves reading work instructions, using hand tools and injection molding equipment, and rotating to other departments as needed.

Ideal candidates have a college or technical certificate and strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to work independently and safely while contributing to cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or six to 12 months related experience and training.
• High mechanical aptitude necessary.
• Ability to work in a safe, efficient, and many times independent manner required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses working knowledge of hand tools and injection molding machines.
• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery to maximize efficiency and quality of production.
• Maintains updated status on preventative maintenance program.
• Maintains required inventories to support maintenance functions.
• Participates and drives cost reduction initiatives.
• Follows and adheres to lock out/tag out program.
• Operates various assembly, production equipment, and hand tools.
• See, reads and follows work instructions, ISO standards, safety procedures and completes various forms and reports.
• Able to rotate into other departments to perform similar tasks as needed.
• Works with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner.
• Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptable to changing business needs, and continually learns and applies new skills.
• Meets minimum physical/mental demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Trains others on knowledge and skills mastered.
• Other duties as assigned.
