Job summary

Greer Stop Nut has an immediate opening for a Closing Press Machine Setup Technician. This is a Full-Time 1st Shift position, Monday - Friday from 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM. Overtime is available at times.

This role involves the setup and operation of Closing Press Machines used to form the locking feature of our specialized lock nuts, ensuring products meet exact dimensions. We offer weekly pay, no mandatory overtime, vacation and sick time on hire, 401k with up to 5% match, employer paid disability

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with ability to set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Experience working with closing press or similar machines is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Closing Press Machines to form the locking feature of our lock nuts.
• Ensure parts meet required dimensions and conformance expectations.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to quality and safety policies.

This position will be responsible for the setup and operation of various Closing Press Machines used to form the locking feature of our specialized lock nuts.

Candidates should be mechanically inclined and have prior experience setting up and operating various manufacturing equipment, or similar work experience and have a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
