Job summary

Freedom Graphic Systems, Inc. in Milton, WI is seeking a Press Helper to support the Press Operator. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training through the Press Operator Training Program to help you advance within the press room.

You will assist with setup, ink handling, and organization of the press area, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Make sure all material is stocked and ready for the Press Operator.
• Keep all tools organized and put away when not in use.
• Communicate the status of jobs at shift change.
• Promote a safe, positive, team atmosphere.

The Press Helper is an entry level position, responsible for assisting the Press Operator in running a printing press. Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary. We also offer a Press Operator Training Program for Press Helpers interested in taking their career to the next level!

In this position you will:

• Assist the Press Operator in setting up the press to run individual jobs
