Job summary

• Manage key production and cleaning duties.
• Manage 10+ employees at a time.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and discipline employees.
• Responsible for ensuring that food safety and quality requirements are being adhered to.
• Member of the safety committee; safety sensitive position.

Job Summary

This position is relevant to the department they are assigned. Each department has a team leader, who is trained and experienced in their department’s regular duties.In the absence of thispositionthe department manager or Production Operations Manager will take over the duties.

• Ensure all printing department employees are doing the required documentation and verifications of the food safety and quality processes.
• Must be a teamplayer.
• Ability to read a tapemeasure.
• Ability to lift between 50 to 75lbs.minimum
• Must be able to walk, squat, crouch, turn, twist, stretch, climb steps, grab, pull,push,and bend throughout an8-to-12-hourshift.
