Staffmark Group is hiring a Press Brake Trainee in Phoenix, AZ for 2nd shift. Pay rate is $19.00–$22.00 per hour. You will learn to operate press brake machinery, perform setups, and produce precise bends on metal parts.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, loading materials, measuring with basic tools, inspecting parts, and keeping the line safe and productive. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred; technical training in metal fabrication is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training in metal fabrication, machining, or blueprint reading is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and production specifications.

Responsabilités

• Learn to operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts according to specifications.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and positioning parts in the machine.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and supervisor directions.
• Learn to measure and inspect parts using basic measuring tools.
• Monitor machine operations and report any equipment issues or quality concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
