• Change over equipment and tooling for different parts; adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; follow safety rules and Munters Quality System.
• Stage completed parts and support other operations to meet schedules.
• Perform quality checks and document counts and time per job.

We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment where interns are valued members of the team and are given meaningful projects to work onJob Description:Operate Press Brake working from job packets, job specific cut sheet, bend list, material usage list, blueprints, quality checklist or drawings.Develop layout and plan sequence of operations. Calculate angles and bend thicknesses and other critical elements to determine appropriate dies, fixtures, stops and settings. Set up Press Brake to perform required bending. Verify conformance of first piece to specifications, using calipers, angles, square, ruler, gauges, and measuring tape. Gauge work pieces randomly during job processing to ensure maintenance of settings and adjust as necessary.Change over equipment or tooling to accommodate requirements. Sets stop, angles and die for defined part dimensions, and configuration. Manually feed material through fabrication operations.Adhere to Munters Quality System. Perform quality checks, complete check lists, verify counts, record time per job and ensure compliance with production schedules.Stage completed parts for movement or move to subsequent operations to maintain workflow.Maintain a clean and safe work area. Observe and practice all safety rules. Take responsibility for the physical inventory of materials. Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules and requirements.Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.Perform other related duties as assigned.Tools and Equipment:Use computer and related systems software and peripherals.
