Job summary

United Alloy, Inc. is a Union, Ohio-based manufacturer specializing in metal tanks, frames, trailers, and related products. The Press Brake Operator will set up and run heavy machinery, read blueprints, and ensure precise finished parts.

The role requires GD&T interpretation and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am with a $3.00 shift premium. On-site employment in Union, OH, with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3–5 years’ experience operating press brake machines.
Must read and interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols.

Responsibilities

Setup and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to blueprints.
Select tooling and dies for each job.
Measure and inspect finished parts for quality.
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
Monitor operation and safety protocols.
Perform routine maintenance on machines.
Assist and train other employees as needed.
