Job summary

Nescon LLC in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Full-time CNC Press Brake Operator to bend 16 gauge steel using a Trumpf 3170 and supporting equipment. You will maintain logs, operate a forklift/crane as trained, and ensure quality through measurement tools. Compensation is competitive with full benefits; on-site work in Mesa, AZ.

Candidate should have 2+ years of machine experience, be able to read drawings, and pass a drug test. Relocation not required; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Press Brake for 16 gauge - 1" plate steel.
• Operate Trumpf 3170 90% of the time.
• Operate Accurpress 717510 10% of the time for specific operations.
• Finish parts with angle grinder and orbital sander.
• Keep daily work log to track production time and components produced.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment during the day and clean up at end of day.
• Forklift and overhead crane operation is needed but can be trained.

Job description

Duties:

CNC Press Brake Bending 16 gauge - 1\" plate steel

Trumpf 3170 will be operated 90% of the time

Accurpress 717510 will be operated 10% of the time for specific operations

Finish parts occasionally with angle grinder and orbital sander

Keep daily work log to track production time and components produced

Keep a clean, safe working environment during the day and clean up at the end of every work day

Note: forklift and overhead crane operation is needed but can be trained

Qualifications:

Previous Machine experience (2+ years)

Must be able to fit and check components using drawings, tape measure, angle finder, caliper etc.

Reliable Transportation

Must be able to pass a drug test for employment

Interviews can be held between the hours of Monday-Thursday 8:00am-3:00pm, if you will not be available during those times, please do not apply.
