Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group, a leading aftermarket manufacturer in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to run and set up TRUMPF press brakes, bend material to spec, and maintain safe operations.

Join our 1st/2nd shift team for an air-conditioned facility with pay between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour, weekly pay, and full benefits. 2 years fabrication and CNC press brake experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of fabrication experience preferred.
• 2 years of CNC press brake operation preferred.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment.
• Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, protractor).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• Self-motivated and responsive to production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of press brake from pre-set programs with minor adjustments for material variations.
• Basic setup and loading of tools.
• Form parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
• TRUMPF press brake experience is a plus.

What We Offer

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 5:30am – 2:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

The Role

The Press Brake Operator is responsible for the daily operation of press brakes — setup, bending material to spec, basic maintenance, and keeping equipment clean and running safely.

Requirements
