Job summary

International Gamco, Inc. is seeking a skilled Press Auxiliary Machine Operator to join our press team in Omaha.

You will operate and maintain auxiliary pressroom equipment to support offset and flexographic printing, collaborating with Press Operators, Maintenance and Quality teams to keep production flowing from setup through finished product. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in printing or manufacturing preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience operating offset, flexographic, or auxiliary pressroom equipment.
• Experience with die cutters, Scitex/Rollem systems, or similar converting equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor auxiliary pressroom equipment.
• Prepare equipment for production and perform make-ready procedures.
• Assist Press Operators during startups and changeovers.
• Monitor performance and adjust to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Inspect finished products for registration, cutting accuracy and color consistency.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with Maintenance when needed.
• Load/unload paper stock and materials with inventory accuracy.
• Complete production logs and downtime documentation.
