Primary responsibilities include: drafting quotes, press releases, event statements, and social media posts; compiling daily and weekly press clips; and providing operational support to the communications team as assigned. The Press and Staff Assistant also helps manage the physical and virtual front office, including answering and tallying telephone calls, processing voicemails, and flag requests. Candidates must demonstrate strong ability to write for multiple audiences, excellent “people skills” and a strong commitment to providing outstanding constituent service. Candidates should also show a commitment to the Team’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion mission.
