4Front Solutions is seeking a President who will serve as the senior operating executive with full P&L accountability and lead the growth strategy across EMS/manufacturing. The role requires balancing the manufacturing floor with executive leadership, driving capacity expansion, and customer diversification.

Qualifications

• Experience 15+ years of leadership within EMS or related manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of P&L leadership experience in executive roles.
• Proven track record of scaling manufacturing organizations and winning OEM business in aerospace/defense, medical device, and industrial markets.
• M&A experience, including acquisition evaluation and integration, strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's growth strategy through organic expansion, new customer acquisition, capacity enhancement, and strategic acquisitions.
• Develop the optimal mix of manufacturing work and represent the company with key customers, suppliers, and acquisition targets.
• Build a repeatable business development engine that wins and launches new OEM programs and expands existing customer relationships.
• Maintain full accountability for revenue, margin, and EBITDA while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Develop operational leaders and teams capable of running the business independently and sustaining growth.
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and growth investments; ensure disciplined reporting and execution.
