For decades, Leadership Indianapolis has brought together emerging and established leaders from across our community, creating opportunities to build relationships, engage diverse perspectives and develop the skills and connections needed to make a meaningful difference in our city.

The new president and CEO will define Leadership Indianapolis's next chapter, working alongside a committed team and board of directors to strengthen the organization’s programs, partnerships and impact. The position calls for a visible community leader and convener who can guide the organization’s strategy, operations, fundraising and revenue development, and continued innovation.
