RR Donnelley is hiring a Presentations Associate for 1st and 2nd shifts in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on providing presentation services for clients, including creating, editing, and QA of materials using PowerPoint and related tools.

You will work 2nd shift and 7:30am-4pm or 4pm-12:30am, with a $1.75/hour shift differential. This full-time position requires at least a high school diploma and a year of presentation experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year presentations experience, preferably in legal, banking or large corporate environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint; strong typing.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe PDF and Creative Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs/tracking software for all presentation work.
• Assess job requests and ensure task completion through lifecycle.
• Create and edit presentation materials to support client brands (PowerPoint used frequently).
• Edit, proof, and format documents to client satisfaction using established standards.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate intake/workflow and communicate to team or client as needed.
• Perform quality assurance on own or others' work when requested.

The Presentation Associate position is responsible for providing presentation services for our clients.

Shifts:

7:30am - 4pm Monday-Friday

4pm-12:30am Monday-Friday

This position qualifies for an additional $1.75/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities

• *Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work
• *Thoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle
• *Perform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books and materials, creating, editing, and error correcting multiple document types to support the client’s brand; intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed (will use PowerPoint frequently)
• *Use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests to client satisfaction
• *Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions
• *Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns
• *Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients
• *Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
• Help to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client
• Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others, as requested
• Adhere to Williams Lea Tag policies, in addition to client policies
• Use equipment and supplies in a cost efficient manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum (1) year presentations experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
• Skilled in the use MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio as examples); strong keyboarding and typing skills
• Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents; specifically, Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop as examples)
• Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to apply intermediate requisite knowledge of appropriate grammar, spelling, composition to work requests
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
• Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
• Able to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy
• Good problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to elevate a problem to a supervisory level
• Ability to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $21.78/hour - $31.39/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus,overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
