Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Presentation Specialist to transform content into engaging, high-quality presentations and visuals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives for pitches, client engagements, and internal meetings.

You will guide best practices in visual storytelling, stay current with industry trends, and ensure designs align with brand guidelines while meeting deadlines and client needs.

Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is preferred.
• Experience: background in art direction, graphic design, or presentation design.
• Software Proficiency: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; PowerPoint/Slides; motion/video a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform content into engaging, high-quality presentations across departments.
• Apply storytelling and design principles to ensure clear, impactful visuals.
• Create visuals and narratives for pitches, sales decks, and business engagements.
• Provide guidance on best practices for internal teams and reviews.
• Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors for production and design.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and a polished final product.
• Lead pre- and post-meeting visual deliverables to enhance client engagements.
