Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy to deliver prescription orders and/or products on a set route and schedule in a company vehicle. You will ensure patient confidentiality, comply with regulations, and support the team in filling prescriptions accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities include delivering to long-term care facilities or homes, loading materials, and maintaining the vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility required Nights and Weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license in the state at the level required for the vehicle’s operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies to long term care facilities or patients' homes.
• Load products/materials.
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management for maintenance issues.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
• Maintain highest professional and ethical standards; protect patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Support pharmacy team by managing assigned workstation tasks to fill prescriptions promptly and safely.
