Job summary

Primrose School of Auburn is hiring a Toddler Teacher to nurture preschool children using Balanced Learning. You’ll create a warm, safe classroom and build trusting relationships with families.

No nights or weekends; enjoy on-site support from a leadership team and on-site training. Prior early childhood experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth through our digital learning platform.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
