Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. You will implement our LEAP curriculum and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

This role offers growth through ongoing training and leadership pathways, with competitive compensation. The position runs 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM in our Florida classrooms, and state licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred, or High school diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrates passion for education and care of children.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
