Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher Substitute for a preschool program at Parish Day School of Eastern Shore Chapel. You will implement developmentally appropriate activities to foster spiritual, cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth in preschoolers.

The role requires alignment with Virginia DOE Standards for Licensed Child Day Centers, NAEYC, Ready Region/CLASS and NAES guidelines. Schedule varies; Early Childhood degree preferred. Training is provided.

About This Role

Looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher Substitute for our preschool, Parish Day School of Eastern Shore Chapel, implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschool aged students that encourage the spiritual, cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth of the children.

What You'll Do

Duties include staying in the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) Standards for Licensed Child Day Centers, the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Ready Region/CLASS rated standards and the standards for the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES).
