Job summary

The Learning Experience - Westfield is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for preschoolers. You will implement the LEAP curriculum, foster curious minds, and collaborate with families to support academic and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion for education and child care.
• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using our characters to make learning enjoyable.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to support seamless play and learning.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children's progress through apps and discussions.
