Academy of Mt. Juliet is seeking a caring preschool staff member to help provide a safe, nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Responsibilities include caring for daily needs, meals, rest time, and active engagement in structured learning activities.

The role emphasizes supervision, routine, and creating a fun, educational daily experience through songs, stories, and play. Local candidates preferred; Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a preschool is strongly preferred.
• Degree or Certification in a childhood education related field is recommended but not required.
• Must currently be local.

Responsibilities

• Care and well-being of children, including toileting, meals/snacks, and rest time.
• Supervision during outdoor play and activities.
• Curriculum implementation and guided learning experiences.
• Engage children with songs and stories to support development.
