Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring an early childhood Teacher to implement our curriculum with sensitivity to each child’s needs. You will create a safe, nurturing space and partner with families to deliver high-quality education.

You will support center success by collaborating with staff, leadership, and licensing authorities, while building strong relationships with the community and families served by our centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
