Ideal candidates have an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a bachelor’s in a related field, with six months of preschool teaching experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, and there is a strong emphasis on family involvement and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or ECE, or coursework equivalent.
• Six months of experience teaching preschool-aged children.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote school readiness by preparing children and families for school and life success.
• Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care and education for children aged 3–5 in a center-based classroom.
• Supervise children and maintain health and safety regulations in all environments.
