Challenger School in the Dallas area is seeking enthusiastic preschool teachers to join our campuses. You will start in our paid teacher training program, learn our curriculum, and, after completion, be assigned a classroom to teach and manage.

This can be full or part time based on campus needs. Responsibilities include learning Challenger’s curriculum, maintaining a safe classroom, preparing lesson plans, and teaching daily preschool classes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Completion of pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly learn Challenger’s curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy.
• Maintain a safe and productive classroom environment.
• Prepare lesson plans and teach daily preschool classes.
