Acelero Learning in Camden County, New Jersey invites passionate educators to join our Head Start classrooms. If you’re pursuing P-3 certification, you may qualify for New Jersey’s provisional pathway and start making a difference in children’s lives today.

A $2,000 Sign-On Bonus is available for eligible new hires. As a P-3 Teacher, you’ll create a safe, engaging classroom, build family partnerships, and adapt lessons to meet every child’s needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with six courses in Early Childhood Education.
• NJ Preschool-Grade 3 (P-3) Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) or Standard Certificate; provisional certification pathway available.
• Required Clearances: Completion of required physical examination and background checks.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
• Travel: Ability to travel locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time.

• Make Every Moment Count - Observe children's progress, use assessments to guide instruction, and partner with colleagues to strengthen learning outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood education, committed to children's success, and excited to make a difference every day. To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with at least six courses in Early Childhood Education.
• Certification: New Jersey Preschool-Grade 3 (P-3) Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) or Standard Certificate. Candidates pursuing provisional certification must meet applicable state eligibility requirements.
• Required Clearances: Completion of required physical examination and background checks.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
• Travel: Ability to travel locally or long-distance for work-related meetings and functions, up to 10% of the time.
