Qualifications

• Have genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• Have 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.
