Primrose School Franchising SPE is seeking a Preschool Teacher for Primrose School of West Cinco Ranch in Katy, TX. You’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence, guiding small groups as they learn new content.

You’ll collaborate with a Co‑teacher to implement the Balanced Learning curriculum, maintain a well‑kept classroom, and help children grow in language, literacy, science and life skills while developing independence,

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule to develop children’s confidence and independence.
• Guide small group instruction as children absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.
• Assist students in potty-training to become fully independent.
• Build genuine relationships with each child.
• Teach language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
• Work with a co‑teacher to implement the Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Maintain a well‑kept classroom that encourages exploration and decision making.
• Help students develop important life skills by using the restroom independently.
