The Academy of McCrory Lane in Nashville is seeking an enthusiastic caregiver to support early childhood education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You will provide daily care, help with meals, rest time, and class activities, and contribute to a warm, engaging learning environment.

This role emphasizes safe supervision, teamwork, and a passion for helping children grow through play. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends; opportunities for professional development and growth

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a preschool is strongly preferred.
• Degree or Certification in a childhood education related field is recommended but not required.
• Must currently be local

Responsibilities

• Care for the well-being of children including toileting, meals, rest time.
• Lead outdoor play and implement curriculum.
• Maintain close supervision and safety.
• Incorporate songs, stories, and silliness into daily activities.
