Job summary

Academy of Mt. Juliet is hiring enthusiastic caregivers to support young learners in our Mount Juliet classrooms. You will engage children aged 6 weeks to 6 years with nurturing care, daily routines, and supervised activities that promote development.

Mon-Fri schedule, no late nights or weekends, and a benefits package including health, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and professional development opportunities. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a preschool is strongly preferred.
• Degree or Certification in a childhood education related field is recommended but not required.
• Must currently be local to the Mount Juliet area.

Responsibilities

• Care for children including toileting, meals/snacks, rest time and outdoor play.
• Implement curriculum and supervise activities to ensure safety and learning.
• Engage children with songs, stories and playful interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized classroom environment.
