Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Teacher to support children across our classrooms with a focus on safe, engaging learning experiences. You will implement the curriculum, foster a nurturing environment, and engage with families to ensure high-quality care and education.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to boost enrollment and accreditation efforts, while upholding KinderCare's standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and their parents

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
