Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to adhere.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum.
• Teach beginning reading and math skills.
• Assist children with developing social and emotional skills.
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques.
• Communicate with parents and other school personnel.
• Assess students' skills and performance to ensure milestones are met.
