Primrose School of Redmond is seeking a full-time preschool teacher to lead a balanced curriculum across infant to school-age programs. You will be trained in Primrose protocols and partner with parents to support each child’s growth.

The ideal candidate has classroom management experience and an early childhood education background, with a commitment to safety and a caring, respectful approach to children. The school offers a supportive team and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Must meet the local child care regulatory agency requirements.
• Clear background check required.
• CPR/Star Hours training preferred.
• Certification or degree related to early childhood is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the balanced curriculum to ignite the love for learning.
• Follow Primrose protocols which you will be trained for.
• Keep children clean, safe and happy.
• Interact with children with respect and kindness.
• Partner with parents to help understand the child.
• Communicate appropriately with parents.

• Attend staff meetings and follow school policies and procedures.
