Job summary

Bright Horizons in Cary, NC is seeking a dedicated Bright Horizons Teacher to guide preschoolers through engaging, hands-on activities and daily routines. This full-time role includes opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost, with a focus on safety, developmentally appropriate practice, and family communication.

You will work in a Bright Horizons early education center, following program policies, and collaborating with families to support each child’s growth and learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in child care/preschool preferred
• Background checks required by state and company
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines
