Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. in Andover, MA is seeking a dedicated Teacher to work with preschoolers in a center-based setting.

Full-time and part-time roles offer hands-on activities, daily communication with families, and the opportunity to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost. You will create engaging activities, help maintain a safe, clean classroom, and provide coverage across centers or nearby locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Background checks required by state and company policies.
• Minimum 18 years old with HS diploma or GED.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate/bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities that meet children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group as needed across a center or nearby locations.
