The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a positive, engaging learning environment for preschool children and help children learn, play, grow, and thrive with our LEAP curriculum and supportive staff.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
