The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom and deliver our L.E.A.P curriculum, helping children learn, play, and grow while building strong relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
