Role Description

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily classroom activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. This full-time, on-site role in Wayne, PA includes preparing and delivering age-appropriate lessons, guiding play-based learning, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment. The Preschool Teacher observes and documents children’s progress, communicates regularly with families about their child’s development, and collaborates with colleagues to ensure consistency in care and curriculum.
