Job summary

FROG POND EARLY LEARNING CENTER in Virginia is seeking an energetic Preschool Teacher to lead a class through the school year, assess students, and design instruction to meet developmental needs.

You will create an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum, teach early reading and math skills, and support social and emotional development while communicating with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Nature Based education preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
• Problem-solving and mediation skills.
